Terms of Use
By using Quiet Walk, you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable, not to trap you.
What Quiet Walk is
Quiet Walk is a space to talk through how you're feeling and discover books that might help. Conversations may include references to scripture and Christian themes. It is not a therapy service, a medical service, or a crisis line. The AI you're talking to is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or mental health professional, and nothing it says should be treated as professional advice.
What you can use it for
Quiet Walk is for personal, non-commercial use. Use it to explore what you're feeling, find books that resonate, or just have a moment to think out loud. Please don't use it to harm others, to test its limits in bad faith, or in ways that violate any applicable law.
What we can't promise
We do our best to make Quiet Walk warm, accurate, and genuinely helpful. But AI can be wrong, and books don't fix everything. We make no warranties — express or implied — about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of anything on this site.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Electric Ritual LLC and Quiet Walk are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site — including emotional distress, decisions made based on content here, or any harm that results from relying on the AI's responses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept any updates.
